At The Vintage Barn we strive for good old fashioned customer service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please e-mail us at Rolane@barnbarnbaby.com and let us know the reason for the exchange or return. Please include your order number in your request. We ask that all items be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, shipping is non-refundable unless an item was damaged in shipping.
